How does the process of hiring a trainer works?
First we will have a 15 minutes meet and greet session. This is free of charge. This session is to discuss your goals, get to know each other and see if we are the right fit for each other.
If we are the right fit, we will proceed with a thorough health questionnaire, a postural assessment and a functionnal movement screening. With this information in hand, your trainer will create a custom program tailored to your specific needs based on your results.
How often should I work with a personal trainer?
The frequency of sessions depends on your fitness goals, availability, and budget. Your trainer can help create a schedule that aligns with your needs.
