What will the session be like?
The session includes guided breathing, music, and periods of intensity followed by deep rest and integration. Each experience is unique.
What might I experience?
People commonly experience physical sensations, emotional release, insights, or a sense of clarity and calm. You are always in control and can slow down or rest at any time.

If unsure, please reach out before registering.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a small pillow for neck support. A 1-inch mat, blanket, bolster, and eye mask will be provided.
Can I leave or stop if it feels too intense?
Yes. You are always in charge of your own experience. You may pause, slow your breathing, or step out if needed.
How many people will be there?
This is a small-group session, intentionally limited to create a safe and contained environment.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided breathwork experience and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Will there be sharing afterward?
Sharing is optional. You are never required to speak or explain your experience.
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time. Once the session has started, the door will be locked. Late entry may not be permitted in order to protect the group container.
Can I eat before the session?
It’s recommended to avoid heavy meals for at least 2–3 hours beforehand. A light snack is fine if needed.
What happens after the session?
There will be time at the end to rest, ground, and integrate. Many people feel relaxed, clear, or energized afterward. It’s recommended to keep the rest of your evening gentle.
Can I attend if I have anxiety or emotional stress?
Many people attend breathwork to support stress and emotional regulation. However, this is an intensive practice. If you are currently experiencing severe anxiety, panic, or emotional instability, please reach out before registering.
What if I feel emotional during the session?
Emotional release is a normal part of breathwork. You will be supported, and nothing needs to be forced or “performed.”
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior notice. If the event is canceled by the facilitator, a full refund will be issued.
Can I bring a friend?
Each participant must register individually to ensure informed consent and readiness.
Will there be hands-on assistance?
Hands-on support is not required and will only be offered with clear consent if appropriate.
Is this suitable if I’m dealing with an injury or physical limitation?
Some breathing techniques may involve prolonged lying positions or physical sensations. If you have injuries, chronic pain, or physical limitations, please reach out beforehand so accommodations can be discussed.
What should I do if I’m unsure whether this session is right for me?
If you’re uncertain, you’re welcome to reach out with questions before registering. This helps ensure the session is a good fit for you and the group.
Can I use substances before the session (alcohol, cannabis, psychadelics.)?
Please arrive sober. Alcohol or recreational substances should not be used before the session.
How should I prepare mentally for the session?
Come with curiosity rather than expectations. There’s nothing to achieve or perform—simply allow the experience to unfold.
