Our journey will start with a thorough health questionnaire and a functional movement screening. From there, I will create a personalized program that is tailored to your needs, taking into account any issues and maximizing your time and effort in the gym.
With my focus on proper form, I use a variety of training methods to keep you motivated and challenged. From bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, Indian clubs, steel maces, heavy bags, and even qigong, nothing is off limits to achieving the body, performance, and overall well-being that you deserve.

Postural + FMS

Proper posture is all about alignement. A postural assessment wil reveal if your body is properly aligned.
A Functional Movement Screen (FMS) will determine the quality of your movement based on 7 movements patterns. This assessment reveals strenghts and weaknesses in the body, assymetries and a path to correcting your pattern.

Functional Range Conditionning

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a system of mobility and joint control developed by Dr. Andreo Spina. FRC focuses on improving the functional capacity of the joints and the surrounding tissues through a combination of mobility training, strength training, and neurological control. Functional Range Conditioning is often used to address movement restrictions, prevent injuries, and optimize overall functional mobility. The system is designed to be adaptable to individuals of various fitness levels and can be integrated into different training modalities.
