Group classes

All classes are small-group, coached sessions designed for consistency, progress, and long-term resilience. All classes are delivered through Fitness Northwest and are seperate from gym membership. 

Mace Training

Build strength, coordination, and shoulder resilience through controlled, rotational training.

Mace training uses offset weight and rotational patterns to develop grip strength, core stability, and durable shoulders. Sessions focus on mechanics, control, and progressive loading rather than brute force.

Animal Flow

Build strength, mobility, and coordination through ground-based  quadrupedal movement that connects the whole body.

Animal Flow uses controlled bodyweight patterns on the ground to improve joint health, coordination, and full-body strength. Sessions emphasize quality movement, control, and adaptability rather than speed or exhaustion.

Power Base Indoor Cycling

Build cardiovascular capacity and sustainable power using data-driven, structured cycling sessions.

Power-based cycling uses watts, cadence, and effort zones to guide training with precision. Sessions are designed to improve endurance, efficiency, and resilience without relying on guesswork or constant max-effort riding.

Qigong

Improve mobility, posture, and nervous system regulation through slow, intentional movement.

Qigong combines breath, posture, and gentle movement to support joint health, circulation, and internal stability. Sessions emphasize awareness, control, and long-term resilience rather than intensity.

Breathwork

Support recovery, stress regulation, and mental clarity through structured breathing practices.

Breathwork sessions use guided breathing techniques to influence the nervous system and improve stress tolerance. Practices support recovery, focus, and overall wellbeing—both on their own and alongside physical training.
