Personal training and coaching for people who want strength, resilience, and structure that supports real life.

I offer a small number of focused ways to work together, depending on how much support, structure, and guidance you want. Each option is designed to be sustainable, approachable, and built around long-term progress—not short-term intensity.

Ways to Work Together

1:1 Coaching

Personalized coaching focused entirely on you, your goals, your movement, and your pace. This is the highest level of support and guidance.

Group Training

Coached small-group sessions that balance structure, progression, and community, without the pressure or chaos of typical group fitness.

Breathwork & Recovery

Breath-led practices that support stress regulation, recovery, and resilience, on their own or alongside physical training.

This is for people who want structure, accountability, and intelligent progression — not random workouts.

1:1 COACHING

One-on-one coaching is the most personalized way to work together. Sessions are built around how you move, what you need, and what you’re working toward—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or getting back into a consistent routine.

Rather than pushing intensity for its own sake, the focus is on quality, progression, and confidence. Training adapts as you do.

Best fit if you:

  • Are new to training and want clear, patient guidance

  • Are returning after injury, burnout, or time away

  • Want individualized feedback and a structured plan

  • Prefer a calm, focused training environment

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU START

01

Conversation

We talk about goals, training history, injuries, overall health and what you want to feel better at.

02

Movement Check

Before we begin we will do a postural assessment and a functional movement assessment to understand how you move and where to begin.

03

First Session

A session matched to your level—focused on form, confidence, and momentum.

04

Clear Next Steps

You’ll leave knowing exactly what we’re working on and why.

If training alone hasn’t stuck, structure and shared momentum often make the difference.

GROUP TRAINING

Group training provides structure and momentum in a supportive, non-competitive setting. Sessions are coached, scalable, and designed so people of different experience levels can train together safely and effectively.

The emphasis is on consistency, good movement, and steady progress—not pushing to exhaustion.

Group training is a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy training alongside others

  • Want structure without needing a custom plan

  • Prefer coached sessions over open gym workouts

  • Want accountability and rhythm in your training

Who is this NOT for
This isn’t high-pressure group fitness or random workout

This is not bootcamp-style training or random workouts.

Breathwork & Recovery

Breathwork focuses on nervous system regulation, recovery, and resilience.
It supports physical training, improves stress tolerance, and helps you feel more grounded and clear—mentally and physically.

Breathwork can be practiced on its own or integrated alongside training.

With regular practice, breathwork strengthens the body, steadies the mind, supports emotional release, and creates space for clarity and deeper awareness.

Not Sure Where to Start?

If you’re unsure which option is right for you, that’s completely normal.

  • New to training or returning after time away → Start with a consultation

  • Want individualized guidance → 1:1 Coaching

  • Prefer structure and community → Group Training

  • Feeling stressed or burnt out → Breathwork

A short conversation can help clarify the best place to begin.
